Congratulations on moving forward with NextWave Broadcasting Network.

This page is for artists whose music has been reviewed and approved for promotional programming by one of our participating radio stations.

A one-time $25 Artist Setup & Administrative Services Fee is required to complete the technical and administrative work associated with adding an approved artist and song to our broadcasting system.

$25 Artist Setup & Administrative Services Fee

The $25 fee helps cover the behind-the-scenes work involved in processing an approved artist submission, including artist and song database setup, audio and metadata preparation, programming administration, scheduling, website and mobile-app setup where applicable, processing of promotional materials, and staff/intern administrative support.

The fee is not a payment for editorial approval and does not purchase guaranteed airplay.

Your music must be reviewed and approved first based on NextWave Broadcasting Network’s programming standards.

Important: Approval Comes First

NextWave does not charge artists to have their music reviewed or considered for airplay.

The process is:

Submit Your Music → Programming Review → Artist/Song Approval → Complete Artist Setup → Programming & Promotion

The $25 setup fee applies only after your music has been approved and you have been invited to complete the NextWave artist setup process.

What the Fee Does Not Purchase

Payment does not purchase or guarantee favorable reviews, chart placement, listener votes, endorsements, permanent rotation, additional airplay, future programming decisions, record-label attention, audience response, or commercial success.

Programming and editorial decisions remain with NextWave Broadcasting Network.
